Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using our Islamic applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our applications. Please also review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data.

Our applications are distributed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). By using our applications, you also agree to be bound by Apple's Terms of Use (EULA), which govern the use of applications made available through the App Store.

Use of Applications

Our applications are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the applications or any portion thereof
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the applications
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from the applications
Use the applications for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the applications

Content and Intellectual Property

All content within our applications, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Islam Apps or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

The Quranic text and audio recitations are provided through third-party services. We respect the sacred nature of the Quran and handle all content with the utmost care and reverence. The Quranic content is used in accordance with Islamic principles and for educational and spiritual purposes only.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any app data
All activities that occur under your use of the applications
Ensuring that your use of the applications complies with all applicable laws and regulations
Using the applications in a manner that respects Islamic values and principles

Community and Chat Features

Some of our applications may include community and chat features that allow users to interact with each other. By using these features, you agree to the following terms:

Agreement to Community Terms

Before accessing any community or chat features, you must agree to our End User License Agreement (EULA) and these Terms of Service. These terms make it explicitly clear that we have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Any violation of these terms will result in immediate action, including but not limited to content removal and user account termination.

Prohibited Content and Behavior

You agree not to post, share, or transmit any content that is:

Objectionable, offensive, or inappropriate
Harassing, threatening, or abusive towards other users
Discriminatory or hateful
Violent, explicit, or pornographic
In violation of Islamic principles and values
Spam, fraudulent, or misleading
In violation of any applicable laws or regulations

Content Filtering and Moderation

We employ automated and manual methods to filter objectionable content. Our content filtering system is designed to detect and prevent inappropriate material from appearing in community features. However, no filtering system is perfect, and we rely on our community to help maintain a safe and respectful environment.

Reporting Objectionable Content

If you encounter objectionable content or abusive behavior, you can report it directly through the application. Our applications provide a mechanism for users to flag objectionable content. When you report content, please provide as much detail as possible to help us take appropriate action.

Blocking Abusive Users

You have the ability to block users who engage in abusive behavior. When you block a user:

The blocked user's content will be immediately removed from your feed
You will no longer receive messages or see content from the blocked user
The developer will be automatically notified of the blocking action and the associated content
The reported content will be reviewed for potential violations of these terms

Developer Response to Reports

We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful community. When objectionable content is reported or flagged, we will:

Review the reported content within 24 hours of the report
Remove any content that violates these Terms of Service
Eject or permanently ban users who provide offending content
Take appropriate action to prevent further violations

We reserve the right to remove content and terminate user accounts immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these terms, especially in cases involving harassment, abuse, or content that violates Islamic principles.

Your Responsibility in Community Features

You are solely responsible for any content you post, share, or transmit through community features. You represent and warrant that your content does not violate these Terms of Service, any applicable laws, or the rights of any third party. We do not endorse, support, or verify the accuracy of user-generated content and are not responsible for any such content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our applications are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

The applications will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
Any defects or errors will be corrected
The applications are free of viruses or other harmful components
The results obtained from using the applications will meet your requirements

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Islam Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our applications.

Third-Party Services

Our applications may use third-party services, including but not limited to:

Apple App Store Connect for app distribution and analytics
iCloud for data synchronization (managed by Apple)
Cloudflare for Quran data storage
Firestore for community data storage and analytics

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.

As our applications are distributed through the Apple App Store, your use of our applications is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

Modifications to Applications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our applications at any time, with or without notice. We may also update the applications to add new features, fix bugs, or improve performance. You are responsible for keeping your applications updated.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our applications immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the applications will cease immediately, and you should uninstall the applications from your device.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. Your continued use of our applications after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our applications shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
